lot located aprox 65 kms from ottawa in a village called maberly see yellow pin marker on photo, 10 minutes from perth ontario, this lot is not on a lake but it is close to silver lake which is nice and long good for boating, launching etc i have no need for the lot would be good for a young person starting out buying their first property ,hate to sell it so cheap but moving to another area. You can camp on it park a trailer, mobile home, or build when needed in the future, to own a piece of canada this is not a bad deal,cheaper then the price of a car these days,,,,,,,, please ANYONE READING THIS try and ask questions that are straight and to the point ,,,,,,,,,,,,as to not waste time PS TIME IS A FACTOR IT is now may AND I NEED THIS GONE. thanks for looking
